If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend that you submit a return request for the original item. Once your return request has been approved, please place a separate new order to purchase the item you desire. 6. EU 14-Day "Cooling-Off Period"

For orders shipped to EU member states, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receiving the items, for any reason and without the need to provide an explanation.

Returned items must remain unused and unworn, retain their original tags and packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
